Sunpak thru an umbrella above and to camera right, and another sunpak thru an umbrella on the floor at a quarter power triggered with pocket wizards.
Pocket wizards; fire first time, every time. It is really hard getting a natural cheeky look without it appearing contrived and fake, even when the subject is naturally cheeky. Psychology and great subject interaction is way more important than any lighting technique.
